Fingerprint Services


Fingerprint services are available:
Tuesday & Wednesday   10:30 AM -3:30 PM

No fingerprinting is done on weekends or City Holidays

Fingerprint Appointments:

All of our fingerprinting is done on a first come, first serve basis.  You can make an appointment by calling the Police Department at 321-723-9673.  Appointments will be taken before walk-ins.

What you need to bring:

Bring a photo ID and your fingerprint card.  The West Melbourne Police Department does not supply the fingerprint cards.  The agency requesting the fingerprints should provide a print card for this purpose. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fingerprint Waiting Times:

Due to an ever-increasing demand for fingerprinting, there are usually a number of people waiting to be fingerprinted on the above noted days.  It is recommended that you call ahead and schedule an appointment.  We fingerprint as quickly as possible, but do need to capture accurate and appropriate information on every individual.

NOTE: Under Florida Law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want you email address released to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to the police department.  Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
