The West Melbourne Police Department Police Athletic League (PAL) provides education and recreation programs in a safe environment for at-risk youth. Programs foster self-respect and respect of others and law enforcement. PAL is a non-profit organization with the goal to help kids stay out of trouble by providing them with positive alternatives such as sports and other activities.
